Small Group Training – FULL LAUNCH APRIL 2026

Our brand-new Small Group Training programme brings you high-energy, functional fitness sessions designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel fitter than ever whether you are training for an event such as HYROX or DEKA or for everyday fitness our program will support you professionally to reach your goals.

OUR Small group classes, blend functional movements with structured performance on rowers, ski ergs and bikes to help you train with intent, measure progress, and stay motivated week after week. Whether you’re chasing performance goals or simply want to feel healthier and more confident, these sessions are built to challenge and support you at every level.

Monthly options can be combined with Gym memberships for;

1 session a week, 2 Sessions a week, 3 sessions a week or opt for an all in membership and add reformer pilates too.
