Our brand-new Small Group Training programme brings you high-energy, functional fitness sessions designed to help you move better, get stronger, and feel fitter than ever.

We’re excited to introduce Small group classes, blending functional movements with structured performance to help you train with intent, measure progress, and stay motivated week after week. Whether you’re chasing performance goals or simply want to feel healthier and more confident, these sessions are built to challenge and support you at every level.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5.45am – With Mo

Tuesday, Thursday, 7am with Mo
